The Dining Room is open for Lunch from Thursday to Sunday and Dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.
Chefs harvest produce that inspires that day’s menu from our large organic kitchen garden. Our orchards and olive groves provide further seasonal produce. Eggs from our free range hens are collected daily. Our own farm provides our lamb and beef.BOOK ONLINE HERE
We proudly share the opportunity to choose wine to enjoy with your dining experience from our vast collection. This collection has been privately curated over the past 40 years and forms a wine list that has been awarded Best Hotel Wine List world-wide by Fine Wine magazine (UK). Wines are matched by our Sommelier to each course of our tasting menus. We also offer 'The French Collection' an exclusive French wine match featuring wines not usually available by the glass.
We recommend guests indulge in our signature experience - the eight course Chef’s Tasting menu with matched wines, served Wednesday through to Sunday evenings. We also offer a five course option.
Three and Five course tasting menus are available at lunch from Thursday to Sunday.
A private dining room is offered for groups up to 20 guests. Dining reservations are recommended and can be made online here or ph 03 5577 2241.
