Parker Street Project is located at the west end of the Royal Mail Hotel. Enjoy dining by the wood fire in the cooler months, or the shady terrace outside for dining with a view.

This is the venue for a relaxed lunch or dinner, with a regularly changing menu that features casual comfort food, highlighting seasonal produce harvested from our own gardens every day.

Parker Street Project is open daily from 11.00am until late. Lunch is served from 12.00 noon - 3.00pm and dinner from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. Groups can use a private dining area complete with open fire.

The menu offers pub classics which may include Port Fairy flathead, served with hand cut chips and garden salad or Bannockburn chicken parma, finished with fior di latte. Our farms section of the menu is where you'll find our home grown beef steaks, served with charred onion, watercress and red wine jus. The ever popular seasonal section of the menu may include garden corn risotto, confit duck with lyonnaise potato, blue eye with pea puree and gnocchi.

Children are welcome, with menus and high chairs provided.
